Learning should be an adventure, with every new day full of possibilities. Education is about far more than passing exams and we want to make sure that we prepare your daughter not only for her next stage of education but also for the wider world.

Here, your daughter is given the chance to explore new places, to develop new skills, to create new possibilities and to try new activities, whether sport, music or creative arts. We nurture a love of learning, in an open, caring and happy environment. Our pupils work hard but we strive to make every activity as inspiring and as fun as we can. We are proud of our academic standards and we work to ensure our pupils have access to a broad and dynamic curriculum. We aim to stimulate enquiring minds, to encourage an enthusiasm for knowledge and skills, and to foster imagination and initiative.

Core subjects sit alongside an impressive range of academic and non-academic subjects and music, sport, drama and art form an important part of the School week at all ages. In addition, we currently run more than 35 choices of lunchtime or after-school activities including judo, philosophy, science and our own Brownie pack. Your daughter will also have access to an impressive range of specialist facilities. Whether scoring goals on the Astroturf, fashioning new products in the design and technology workshop, firing her latest creation in the pottery kiln or studying a fenland ecosystem, up close, at our nature reserve, she will discover that learning can be a very hands-on, active experience.

At Perse Girls Junior School we never forget that your daughter is an individual and we support her at every stage, helping her to be all that she can be.
