Bursaries & scholarships:

The award of a Bursary at The Leys takes into account the financial circumstances of the parents. There are four categories of Bursary award, all of which are subject to annual review.

Scholarships are available for entry at 11+ and 13+ and amount to up to 30% of the fees payable.

At 11+, academic performance will be the major consideration in making scholarship awards. Entry tests for 11+ scholarships are held in the January of the year of entry. At 13+, music, art, sports, design and drama scholarships are available in addition to academic awards.

Termly and by individual appointment.

Entry requirements & test dates:

Entry at 11+ & 13+ will be tested in English, Mathematics and Reasoning (verbal, non-verbal and spatial) early in the year prior to entry. A central examination will be held on Saturday 19 January 2008.
